Make A Difference in the Life of a Child Today
Volunteers are a very important part of our team, and help us reach our mission. The dedication of our volunteers provides our members with valuable mentoring relationships and guide, encourage and significantly enhance their quality of life!
If you are interested in inspiring, motivating, and impacting the young people in our community, then the Boys & Girls Club is the place for you! Depending on your location we offer volunteer opportunities in Chico, Paradise, Magalia, and Oroville in the areas of tutoring, mentoring, coaching, special events, programming assistance, administrative support and more!
NOTE: If you want more information on volunteering and ways to support the Club please call Scott Dinits at (530) 899-0335 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Becoming a Volunteer is as easy as 1-2-3!!!
1st: Request, complete and turn in a volunteer application.
2nd: Set up a volunteer interview, attend a volunteer orientation to find out about our policies, approach to youth development and areas to volunteer within each Club.
3rd: Pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
*If you or your group are only volunteering for a one time event or special fundraising event you may not be subject to a background check.
